Flavored Honeys We also have some 1 lb. Blueberry crystallized honey that for some reason didn't totally crystallize and has separated a little. There is some nice creamy honey on the bottom and some liquid on the top. To make these flavored honeys we add some natural flavoring to a batch of Orange Blossom honey.
