| Buckwheat | Very dark and full-bodied honey. |
| Clover | Light honey with pleasing, mild taste. |
| Goldenrod | Locally produced light honey with distinctive flavor. |
| Orange Blossom | Light honey with a fresh scent and sweet taste. |

| Tulip Poplar | Dark in color but has a mild flavor. |

This is a special honey because it is the first honey harvested from
my 15 year old son Collin's first bee hive. He is a 4th generation beekeeper and I am
proud of his accomplishment. It is a local spring and early summer blend and has a wonderful
flavor. It was in the hive on Sunday, July 18th and is now in jars and
available to a few lucky people who want to try some fresh honey from bees
that were spoiled rotten...somehow I think it makes the honey taste better!
